By accessing and using the Coloryou website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Purpose
Coloryou provides an online service that turns a photo into a personalized stained-glass-style mystery coloring page, in exchange for a one-time payment based on the selected pack.
2. Access to the service
The service is available to adults or minors with authorization from their legal guardians. Access to the website is free; only the generation of coloring pages is paid.
You are responsible for your own equipment and Internet connection to access the service.
3. Service description
The generation process includes:
- Uploading a photo
- Selecting an age range to adapt complexity
- Free preview generation
- Choosing a pack and secure payment via Stripe
- Automatic generation (about 2 minutes)
- Sending high-resolution files (PNG, and PDF/SVG depending on the selected pack)
4. Price and payment
Several packs are available:
- Discovery Pack: €0.99 (incl. VAT) — 1 coloring page (PNG + color guide)
- Standard Pack: €1.99 (incl. VAT) — 1 HD coloring page (PNG, PDF, SVG + guide + colored example + 1 free regeneration)
- Family Pack: €4.99 (incl. VAT) — 5 HD coloring pages (valid for 1 year)
General conditions:
- Payment: by card via Stripe (secure payment)
- No subscription: one-time payment per pack
- No hidden fees: the displayed price is the final price
Payment is due immediately when ordering. Generation starts only after Stripe confirms the payment.
5. Withdrawal right
Under French consumer law (Article L221-28), the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to digital content provided immediately after payment with your express consent.
By confirming your order, you expressly agree that the service is performed immediately and waive your withdrawal right.
6. User obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information (especially your email address)
- Upload only photos you have rights to
- Not upload illegal, offensive, pornographic, or violent content
- Not use the service for commercial purposes without written authorization
- Not attempt to bypass security measures
- Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
7. Intellectual property
Your photos: You retain full ownership of your uploaded photos and warrant you have all necessary rights.
Generated coloring pages: You receive a personal, non-commercial license. You may print them as many times as you want for private use, gifting, or family activities.
Restrictions: You may not resell the generated coloring pages, use them for commercial purposes, or claim to be the original author.
8. Warranties and liability
Service quality: We aim to provide a high-quality service, but the result depends heavily on the photo quality (sharpness, lighting, framing, resolution).
Availability: The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability: Coloryou cannot be held responsible for:
- A result that does not meet expectations due to poor photo quality
- Your use of the generated coloring pages
- Service interruptions due to causes beyond our control
- Data loss due to a technical issue on your side

11. Changes
Coloryou may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. It is your responsibility to review them regularly.
12. Termination
Coloryou may suspend or terminate your access in case of violation of these Terms, without notice or compensation.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, we invite you to contact us first to seek an amicable solution.
Failing amicable resolution, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
